Introduction about me!

Hello! I’m Adyn Polen, a graphic designer and illustrator local to the Ridgefield and Vancouver, WA area. I’m passionate about crafting visuals that tell stories, evoke emotions, and make ideas easier to understand. When approaching new sketches, refining past work, or creating polished designs, I focus on making each piece specifically intentional and thought out in hopes that it resonates to a deeper degree. Every project is an opportunity for me to explore new approaches, experiment with different techniques, and bring creative ideas to life.

I thrive on collaboration because it gives me the opportunity to enjoy the process connecting with clients, learn a bit more about their specific projects goals and needs, and shaping the overall direction of their project together. In addition to this I'm also comfortable working a bit more independently if the project and its workflow need to be adapted to meet the project requirements! I like blending illustration and design in my work because it allows me to experiment a bit while still keeping the overall goal purposeful and tailored to each situation.

What drives me most is creating work that feels thoughtful and personal. I aim to make designs that leave a lasting impression and balance intention with creativity. For me design goes beyond aesthetics, its about crafting experiences that people can connect with and remember long after I see them!
